of the deceased. It is further submitted that only on the basis of some hearsay information, the name of the petitioner has also been included in the present case.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also because there is no cogent material in the case diary to support the complicity of the present petitioner, who is only a co-villager, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of ` 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-Cum-4^th A.C.J.M., Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.364 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
