been acquitted in four cases and in two cases he is on bail due to that reason Police got implicated the petitioner in the present case after 21 month of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 153 of 2011. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner .
