The petitioners are accused in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015, registered under Section 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the petitioners were apprehended by the Police who got recorded confessional statement showing their involvement in the present case and also detailing the seizure-list regarding recovery of stolen articles in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 as detailed in para 82 of the case diary, but in the impugned order it is alleged that the seizure list of stolen articles is related

to the present case. Both the petitioners are accused in Taraiya P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 and Bheldi P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016, but they are on bail in both the cases. The petitioners are in custody since 22.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioners, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner s.
