Case No. 181 of 2014, registered under Sections 447, 448, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code read with 3/4 of Public Property Defacement Act.
The accusation is that in course of inquiry made by the Federation in Chandra Bihar Colony, Rajiv Nagar, 41 persons, whose names are detailed in the F.I.R. have made illegal construction over the land.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the list annexed with the F.I.R. in which petitioner name has been figured at serial No. 12 against whom, it is mentioned that a hut and Khatal is running on the land, in

fact, the said hut and khatal is not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.02.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kumar Tyagi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2014.
