Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 31.12.2015.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015.
