Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has been surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused Saurav Kumar having hand in the dacoity of the motorcycle and other belongings of the informant, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in two other cases, due to that reason the name of the petitioner has also been implicated by the

Police in the present case. The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
