Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 370 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14 of the Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act, 1980.
Two children are said to have been rescued from the clutches of the petitioner, who was carrying to get them employed as labourers in a factory.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid children were being carried by the petitioner with consent of their guardians to drop them at the houses of their respective relatives but the informant lodged this case with ulterior

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the petitioner, let petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihar Police Station Case No. 66 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.
