3 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-121A, 121B, 120B & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, Sections-3/4 of Explosive Substances Act and Sections-16, 17, 18 & 23 of UAP Act.

No doubt, petitioner is named in the first information report but petitioner was neither caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04-01-2015.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner

named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No. 34 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Lakhisarai subject to condition that one of the sureties must be her family member, who shall sworn an affidavit before the concerned court as to how he is related with the petitioner.
