JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 2 26-04-2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Penal Code with regard to theft of motorcycle. However, the first information report against unknown and the said motorcycle is said to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that utmost it is a case under Section 414 of the Penal Code and the petitioner is in jail since 17.10.2015 and seven criminal cases are pending against him. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Dibya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner, who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner shall not indulge in such activity further and if he indulges, then,
