Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others caught hold of the husband of the informant and one Md. Murtaza @ Bhola Shah repeatedly gave hammer blow on the body of Khalil Shah resulting in his death.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances
of the case and the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation of catching hold of the deceased, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
