JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 2 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the injuries are simple in nature and there is a case and counter case. In fact, the F.I.R. lodged by the wife of the petitioner no.1 is with respect to misbehavior with her and due to which the altercation took place. However, as per the allegation, the petitioners and others have assaulted the informant by fists and slaps and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner no.2.
