detailing his grievance supported by relevant document and materials in his possession before the Deputy Development Commissioner, respondent no.3, as well as the Circle officer, Narkatiaganj, respondent no.6 along with copy of the present order within four weeks where- after those two respondents acting in tandem shall examine the said grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order(s) in accordance with law.”
