Since the petitioner was admitted to training but was not permitted to take examination that gave a cause to him to file the present contempt application.

Mr. Roy on going through the show cause fairly states that the said part of the order has now been complied with by permitting the petitioner to take examination.

In that view of the matter, prima facie, it appears that the order has been complied with. The contempt application is dismissed.
