Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-State of
Bihar.
The application was filed for
modification/extension of time granted by the order dated 24.4.2007 passed in LPA No. 286/2006 by which the period of four months had been granted in the process of appointment on the post of Driver in the collectorate of Motihari.
After the passage of nearly eight years the application has evidently become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
