According to the petitioner, he is owner of 2 Bighas 15 Kathas of land of Mauza Rahimpur, P.S. and Anchal- Parbatta, District- Khagaria, Tauzi No. 3030, Thana No. 373, appertaining to khata no. 92, plot nos. 197, 100, 196, 198, 101 and 108. He stated that on account of flood in river Ganges, some erosion took place on the banks of the said river and village Temtha Goriyari of Parbatta Anchal of district Khagaria was completely submerged in the river.
