2 13-01-2015 Heard counsel for the petitioners, for the State and for the Co-operative Bank, Munger.

In the present case petitioners are claiming that though they have been working in the Pacs they be deputed in the Munger-Jamui Central Co-operative Bank, Munger.

Reliance has been placed on Annexure-4. Deputation cannot be claimed as a matter of right. There is no need to proceed further in view of judgment reported in The Organizer Dehri CD & CM Union Ltd. V. State of Bihar, reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695 where the Court held that writ against the co-operative Society does not lie, save and except that the Co-operative Society has been proceeded and the Administrator has been appointed.

In such view of the matter, this petition is dismissed.
