According to the petitioner his date of birth is 15th June 1954 but wrongly he has been made superannuate treating his date of birth as 15th June 1945. There is no dispute that the petitioner is a workman under t he Industrial Disputes Act and this Court is not the appropriate forum for redressal of such grievance.
