In these circumstances where the writ against a private individual is not maintainable, it would be an unnecessary burden on the petitioners to require them to pay additional court fees to get such adjudication.
However, in the nature of relief prayed in the writ petition, this Court would dispose of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available to them in law by filing an appropriate application before an appropriate forum.
