7. 27.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 to 5. As per the stand in the counter affidavit, all formalities have been completed. However, it is submitted that the petitioner shall have to physically appear before the Bank of India, Jehanabad Branch where after necessary formalities payment shall start.
This Court would like to record its appreciation of the efforts of the learned Assistant Solicitor General as well as Mrs. Dr. Punam Kumari Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents for having taken positive steps in the
