When this matter was taken up for consideration on 29th October, 2010, on that date also, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Yet in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioners, the matter was adjourned with an observation that if no body appears on the next date, the court would have no option but to dismiss the writ petition for want of prosecution. As noticed above, even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners.
