However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the present matter arises out of a disputed contractual dues and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and this is, in fact, third round of litigation for almost similar cause of action. Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
