Development Commissioner cum-Chief Executive Officer, Sitamarhi himself has found that the petitioner is entitled to Rs.6,95,300/- but as per the petitioner, he is entitled to Rs.8,35,771/- and out of that Rs.1,40,000/- has been paid.

There is no dispute that the petitioner is not entitled to such dues. In such view of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Development Commissioner
