In this case, allegatilon has been made that the complainant had taken policy of LIC through the petitioner(agent), after maturity of the amount, the LIC has paid that money to the complainant. Later on again petitioner had gone for further LIC policy and he had given money to the present petitioner to deposit against the premium but later on it transpired that the petitioner has not deposited the same and thereby cheated the complainant.

Counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the LIC Policy Number mentioned in Para-3 of the complaint petition as Policy No. 523621632 and from the document that has been attached by the petitioner it appears that one Yogendra Gupta is the policy holder of that policy.

In such view of the matter the provisional bail grated to the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No. 673© of 2013, vide order dated 21^st January 2015 is hereby confirmed.
