In the present writ petition, virtually, the petitioner has made a prayer for implementing an order dated 09-05-2007 passed by this Court in M.J.C. No. 2598 of 2005 i.e. Annexure – 8 to the writ petition, which was passed in contempt proceeding.
The Court is of the opinion that in a writ jurisdiction, such relief may not entertained. If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
