6 07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AC to
Principal Addl. Advocate Genera as well as Mr. Firoz Ahmad,
learned counsel for the private Respondents.
The present writ petition pertains to a mutation dispute,
which is to be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.
Since the Tribunal constituted under the Bihar Land
Tribunal Act,2009 is already functioning, this Court considers that
this matter can well be adjudicated by the Bihar Land Tribunal.
Accordingly, in view of proviso to Section 15 of the
Bihar Land Tribunal Act, the Registry is directed to transmit the
record of the case to the Bihar Land Tribunal forthwith.
