for grant of recognition after due inspection of the institution in question.

If such an application is filed, the Director-inChief, Health Services, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna must ensure that an inspection team is constituted, inspection held and thereafter appropriate decision should be taken within a reasonable time-frame.
