The writ application stands disposed of now with an observation that based on the direction and parameters issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in case of Maa Vaishno Devi Mahila Mahavidyalya Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2013)2 SCC 617 , the National Council of Teachers Education has put in place a new regulation in conformity with the Hon’ble Apex Court direction in the year 2014.
