learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.12.2014 but on 15.12.2014 also neither anybody had appeared for the petitioner nor any rejoinder had been filed.
In view of the aforesaid, since today also neither counsel for the petitioner is appearing nor there is any rejoinder to the counter affidavit, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and accordingly the application stands disposed off.
