The petitioners are aggrieved by non inclusion of their name in the BPL list although their name existed earlier. Considering the submission made by the counsel for petitioners, which has not been objected by the State, this Court, without opining on the merit of the claim of the writ petitioners, dispose of the writ petition permitting the petitioners to raise the grievance as raised through this writ petition before the District Magistrate/Collector. If any such application is filed within 06

weeks, the respondent- Collector shall consider the said grievance or cause the same to be considered by any other competent officer under him and take decision in accordance with law as quickly as possible preferably within 05 weeks from such filing along with a copy of the present order.

The present order is passed on the premise that the respondents have not earlier examined the grievance of the petitioners on the representations filed by them and declined to grant the relief..
