3 23-07-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the disputes between the parties have been compromised out side the court. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 disputes the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners.

In above view of the matter, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to raise all the issues, which have been raised in the present application before the learned court below.
