The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379/34 and504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant,. Informant’s wife, sons and daughter-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are agnates of the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
