It appears that accused Arun Singh and Varun Singh have already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38195/2014.

Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation of firing against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Ad hoc Addl. Sessions Judge II, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 492 of 2011.
