The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered

under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioners along with four other persons and alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the husband of the informant and also put poisonous substance in his mouth.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the post mortem was held on 01.06.2012. The doctor has opined that the injuries found on the body of the deceased are five days old. On similar allegations, co-accused Damar Guro has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45671/2014.

allegations one of the co-accused has been enlarged on bail, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014.
