- The sister of the informant was accompanying him but the police did not record her statement. The petitioner is on inimical term with the informant. It appears on perusal of the record that the informant identified the petitioner and two other accused. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he snatched Rs. 7000/- and one Samsun Mobile from the possession of the petitioner. The informant was robbed in broad day light. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent and two criminal cases are pending against him.
