2 07-05-2015 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 337, 427, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioners and others came to the door of the informant, assaulted and abused him and his family members by means of lathi, garasa, bricks and committed theft by entering into his house.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents. It is a case and counter case. The counter case has been annexed as Annexure-

2 to the present application. Further, it has been pointed out that the injury has been sustained on both the sides, which is annexure-3 series and Annexure-4 series. From perusal of the injury report it appears that the injuries are simple in nature.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 86 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
