The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 354, 354(B) and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
The petitioner is alleged to have eve-teased the daughter of the informant and also handed over a mobile to her but on protest the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant.
It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case only because the petitioner developed love affairs with the daughter of the informant.
Considering the fact that the petitioner eve-teased the daughter of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected in
