The petitioner seeks bail in Navgachhiya Rail P.S. Case No. 17/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 461 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During the course of investigation his name has come on the basis of suspicion. Five mobile sets have been recovered from the petitioner’s possession. He is in jail since 01.01.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Navgachhiya Rail P.S. Case No. 17/2014.
