This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 375 of 2015, disclosing offence under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested, as according to the Police, he was seen fleeing away by the Police party. The stolen motorcycle, though was recovered, but it was not from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that one Prince Kumar Sahani was also arrested, who confessed the crime and named the petitioner also as an accomplice. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In view of the submission as above, this application
is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Lahariasarai P.S. Case No. 375 of 2015.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
