The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant Jainath Yadav alleged that 5-6 unknown criminals intercepted the truck and robbed the money from the driver and they also took away the truck of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner’s name sprang up in confession of the co-accused.
