husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 313, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfilment of dowry demand and getting the pregnancy of the informant terminated.

Considering the fact that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Munger, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.122 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
