Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has pointed out that in the F.I.R. vide Annexure-1, the petitioner is named as one of the accused, besides others and in the F.I.R. there is allegation against him for commission of crime in question. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for quashing the entire F.I.R. seems to be completely misconceived and cannot be countenanced. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
