015 It is pointed out that petitioner was granted privilege of regular bail vide order dated 17.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1776 of 2014 but due to typing error, the village name of petitioner was wrongly typed as Morha in place of Bhorha. Accordingly, in orders dated 17.02.2014 and 05.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1776 of 2014, the village name of petitioner be read as Bhorha in place of Morha and orders dated 17.02.2014 and 05.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1776 of 2014 stands modified to the above stated extent. |
