====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 02-02-2015 Heard both sides. Since all the three cases have arisen out of one occurrence, they are being disposed of by this common order.
The petitioners seek bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act. The petitioners were apprehended while carrying 240 liters of country made liquor. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in jail since 09.12.2014. Having considered the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners and the fact the petitioners have already remained in jail for about two months, they are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014.
