| As appears from the very reading of the written report, it |
| is true that the petitioner, the father of the husband and his brother |
| respectively, are named in it but there are specific allegations |
| against other accused persons of asking the lady to bring |
| additional dowry and also taking her to doctor for causing miscarriage. |
| Let the above named two petitioners be released on bail |
| on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with |
| two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri |
| Prashant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Khagaria in Gogri |
