| The petitioner, a man of 75 years, is in custody in | |
| connection with Complaint Case No.2156 of 2014 pending before | |
| SDJM, Araria on the allegation that in spite of having matured so | |
| much as to attain 75 years of age and having grown up children who also stand arrayed as accused persons in the case with the |

| petitioner, on the death of his first wife, the petitioner had | |
| solemnized another marriage with the complainant. |
It is contended that the complainant lady is now dead and in support of the submission the death certificate issued by the competent authority has been annexed with the present petition.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and specially to the advance age of the petitioner and the death of the lady, let the above named petitioner be released on
