The accusation is that the petitioner along with eight others armed with Rifle and country made pistol surrounded the house of Manohar Yadav, to kill him and started firing. Manohar Yadav fled away by jumping to the roof of house. At that time, Binod Yadav fired causing injury at the belly of Manoj Yadav. allegation is against the Binod Yadav to cause injury to Manoj. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.05.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ran Vijay Kumar, J.M. Ist Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014.
