The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karpi (Banshi) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2013, registered under Sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 471, 472, 473, 475, 476 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 47(A) of the Excise Act with regard to recovery of 20 liters country made liquor, 20 liters crude sprit, bundle of printed pouches and other materials. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a lady and no role attributed to this petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. M. Tripathi, Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Karpi (Banshi) P.S. Case No. 184
