Case No. 235 of 2014, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted by giving iron rod blow on the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of assault by iron rod on the head of the informant, but injury on the person of the informant is simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from today in the court below shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Town P.S.
