All the above-said three petitions arise out of Isuapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014 registered under Sections-302, 394, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act and accordingly, all the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed of by this common order.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The first informant report was lodged against unknown persons but in course of investigation, the name of one hardened criminal namely, Chek Singh sprang in this case and his mobile call was kept on surveillance. Thereafter, it was detected that aforesaid Chek Singh used to talk with petitioners and, thereafter, petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 45724 of 2015 was arrested and disclosed that he along with petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 37189 of 2015 had kept vigil over the activities of bank officials as well as police officials on the alleged date of occurrence whereas; aforesaid Chek Singh along with two other persons, was moving on a motorcycle and in that course, when police officials checked the motorcycle, the aforesaid Chek Singh opened fire, causing death of aforesaid police official.

concerned; he has been dragged in this case only on the ground that prior to the alleged occurrence, he had talked with aforesaid Chek Singh.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 180 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/learned Additional Sessions Judge-II/concerned court, Saran at Chapra.
