JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 5 06-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One packet Ketajet injection containing 2 m.l. liquid, one needle syringe, one live cartridge, one mobile and cash are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner and some others were caught by the police and thereafter, on the basis of disclosure made by petitioner and their associates, the looted van was recovered near a line hotel. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27-12-2014. So far as recovery of Ketajet is concerned, the same appears to have come under the purview of small quantity.
